As a curator at the V&A I look after the collection of 20th and 21st century furniture and product design. In this role I have worked on acquisitions such as the Mae West Lips sofa and Champagne lamps by Salvador Dalí and Edward James, an all purpose road sign by Jock Kinneir and Margaret Calvert to name some. I also curate exhibitions and displays. Outside of. the V&A I have worked on an exhibition of Nathalie Du Pasquier’s work for Disegno in Milan in 2014, and a show on climate change, 2°C, at the Aram Gallery in London in 2015. I also worked with textile company Kvadrat on their Knit exhibition commissioning works by Yinka Ilori, Bahraini Danish among others.
